Last few days have been crazy to say the least. Its birthday week, and I just got whisked by my husband for a good two week to travel with him to South Africa. Literally dropped everything, booked a flight 4 hours before flying and dumped all crumpled outfits for the extended stay in a suitcase and I was on a plane before I knew what was happening.
Alas, all the blogging bit went for a toss. But, blogging is a bug that’s bitten me bad, so I just knew I had to get back to it. Its Monday morning, and I am frantically playing catch up with all things wedding news. You see wedding news is like BBC, CNN for me now. Its morning coffee. There is just nothing like it. And I have a beautiful Sabyasachi Bride’s wedding photos for you all here.
I happened to come across this wedding through the thousands of online material I go through. One look at the bride Aanchal, and it took my breath away. We all are Sabyasachi fans for life, but sometimes, some outfits, some brides they really make the heart beat pound.
I don’t know about you but I feel I have pretty much seen any and all of Sabyasachi’s bridal outfits. Reason being, there are so many brides wearing Sabyasachi these days, that + the fashion shows, and the easy access to outfits online. You think you have seen everything, and then comes a showstopper outfit look.
It was love at first sight when I saw the mint blue heavily embroidered blouse with the bright pink lehenga. So stunning for a day wedding. Aanchal looks like a dream fairy-tale bride. The colour it just pops.
There are some colours which never go out of fashion, and pink is one of them. The only difference is what you team up the pink with. Add a quirky pop of colour like Aanchal has in the form of a mint blue blouse, or through a contrast dupatta, or even through jewellery and what you get is one hell of a stunning wedding outfit.
There are so many things to love about Aanchals wedding look. Her outfit is subtle bright, a gorgeous piece, yet when you look at the pictures, the eyes go on the bride first which I love. She looks her beautiful best, in that smokey eye look with the right jewellery done just right. Not too heavy, not too simple. Just perfect.
What do you think of Aanchal’s wedding look?
Leaving you with some more wedding pictures from Aanchal and her groom Rahul’s wedding ceremony.
