I loved Anushree Reddy’s Lehenga on Amy Jackson. Take a closer look, and you will see its so-so princess pretty like. Absolutely love. I even loved Kirti Sanon’s look, I think she looked really cute. What say?
Whose look did you love the most from these?
Ok, so I am not going to go Day wise because, then its just going to be a very-very long post. So, what I am going to do is share the best looks that I found across Lakme Fashion Week 2015. Make note people, there are some totally drool-worthy bridal picks as well in some of the collections…
#1 Jabong presents Sangria
I love the brand Sangria. Just recently I had picked up a set of kurti & palazzo from their collection, and it was totally price worthy. I loved these four from the fashion show. I feel these are totally wearable, indian in its look yet trendy and I just love the flare in their outfits.
#2 Lakme Salon Bridal Show by Neeta Lulla
I loved the colors used by the designer in some of the outfits. These were my favorite eight from her collection. I think something like this is totally wearable for pre-wedding functions like mehendi and sangeet – where one can easily experiment. Her collection was more towards the modern contemporary bride and I feel it makes perfect sense and balance to mix with traditional conventional outfits and a bit of fashion forward outfits for the big day. What say?
#3 Divya Reddy, Priyam Narayan and Vineet Rahul
Loved the light shades used by the designers here. Its all about the simplicity. Somehow, yellow is my absolute favorite, wherever I go these days I keep asking for different shades of yellows from bright colored ones, to lemon shaded outfits. I think the color totally pops out no matter what shade you choose…
#4 Aartivijay Gupta, Mayank Anand, Sonaakshi, & Shradha Nigam
More than anything, I guess I just loved Kirti Sanon’s outfit the most. Is it just because of the way she is carrying it off? I guess, we will never know..Also, found it the most wearable in the entire set of collections. The last two outfits are also nice for a pre-wedding/ cocktail dinner look.
#5 Anushree Reddy, Arpita Mehta, Ridhi Mehra
My favorite combo of designers from this times Fashion Week. Their collection screamed gorgeousness. Too many good looking outfits. My suggestion, click on the link and feast your eyes upon all the bridal beauties. I am sharing some of my top favorites here.
I don’t think I would ever want to take this Lehenga off, if I ever got my hands on it 😛 The pink is just so so cute..Perfect for a dainty little bride.
#6 Ritu Kumar, Krishna Mehta, Gaurang Shah
I think these are the absolute bridal beauties from the fashion week. I love the colors and the work on the Lehengas. Especially the one in the middle, the dupatta and the blouse are so bridal like. Don’t you agree?
Ritu Kumar is always known for her heavy Bridal Lehengas and rightly so. While these are not my absolute favorites, but they still make for a stunning royal look I feel.
I think for a minute I am debating which one I love more…Gaurang Shah’s Samyukta collection or the floral collection by Anushree Reddy. The colors and the prints used by the designer are so traditional yet classy. I think no matter how trendy we get with time, these are like eternal pieces that will never go out of style.
Any favorites from these? Love any look in particular?

Hi Ashreetha, I am so glad you liked the post 🙂 Will keep in mind to do more of these kinds in the future…I love Anushree Reddy Lehengas too…I think they are just so pretty…simple, elegant yet very princess like…and I guess, in the end everyone wants to feel that way. I think in comparison to other designers, her Lehengas are also priced somewhat in the mid-budget range which is great.. 🙂
